What are your Main goals for Joining Our Community
How Did You Hear About Us?

Echoes in Healing Community Guideline Agreement Welcome to the Echoes in Healing community! We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where everyone’s voice is heard, valued, and respected. To maintain this environment, we ask all members to abide by the following community guidelines. By joining and participating in our community, you agree to uphold these principles. 1. Respect and Empathy Treat all members with kindness and empathy. Every person’s journey is unique, and it’s essential to approach others’ experiences with respect and an open mind. Refrain from judgmental or dismissive comments, and be mindful of language that may be triggering or offensive. Personal stories and shared experiences are deeply valued here. Listen without interrupting, and respond with compassion and understanding. 2. Confidentiality and Privacy What is shared in the community stays within the community. Members should not share or disclose others’ personal information, stories, or experiences without explicit permission. Avoid taking screenshots or copying messages to share outside the community unless agreed upon by all parties involved. If you choose to share your own story, understand that it is done at your own discretion, and Echoes in Healing is committed to maintaining a secure and private environment. 3. Non-Discrimination and Inclusivity We welcome members of all genders, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, abilities, and backgrounds. Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated. Avoid making assumptions about others based on appearance, language, or the way they express themselves. Be inclusive in your language and approach to conversations, ensuring that everyone feels seen and heard. 4. Support, Not Therapy While Echoes in Healing offers community support, guided workshops, and resources, it is not a substitute for professional therapy or crisis intervention. Please refrain from offering professional advice unless you are a certified professional and have been approved by the organization to share such expertise. If you or another member is in crisis, reach out to a licensed professional or call a helpline for immediate support. 5. Healthy Boundaries and Self-Care Share only what you are comfortable sharing, and respect your own boundaries. There is no obligation to participate in every discussion or share personal details. If you find a conversation or topic upsetting, feel free to step away or reach out to a community moderator for support. Respect the boundaries of others, including their right to withdraw from discussions or set limits on what they wish to engage with. 6. No Promotion or Solicitation Echoes in Healing is a space for support and connection, not for personal or commercial gain. Refrain from promoting products, services, or personal ventures unless they are relevant to the community and approved by the administration. Avoid unsolicited messaging or recruitment of members for outside groups, causes, or organizations. 7. Moderation and Safety Moderators are here to ensure that the community remains a safe and supportive environment. Please adhere to their guidance and decisions. If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, report it to a moderator immediately. We are committed to addressing issues swiftly and fairly. Members who repeatedly violate guidelines or pose a risk to the safety of others may be removed from the community. 8. Be Present and Engage Positively When engaging in discussions, be present and attentive. Avoid distractions and focus on the person speaking or sharing. Offer encouragement and positive reinforcement to others. Sometimes, a simple “I’m here for you” can mean more than any advice or solution. 9. Understanding and Accepting Our Limitations Our community is built on mutual support, but we are not equipped to handle severe crises or emergencies. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please seek professional help outside of this space. 10. Commitment to Growth and Learning We are all learning and growing together. If you make a mistake or inadvertently offend someone, take accountability and be willing to learn from the experience. Provide constructive feedback if needed and receive feedback with grace and humility. We strive to cultivate an environment where everyone can grow and heal together. Agreement and Consent By participating in the Echoes in Healing community, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the guidelines outlined above. I commit to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment and understand that any violation of these guidelines may result in restricted access or removal from the community.
